I started working with Kcfiit in 2021 and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was a bit intimidated going to the gym and working closely with a trainer, but I knew I needed help making a change in my life. Kcfiit is extremely supportive while always pushing me to do my best. She is very knowledgeable and can always come up with an alternate workout to accommodate life’s injuries. She also likes to create challenges that focus on my overall health, such as getting enough sleep, improving my diet, moving more or doing homework to increase mobility. I really look forward to my time in the gym and always leave having worked hard.
I have been working out with Casey since May 2021. She is amazing at challenging me to always beat my personal best. She is able to adapt our training sessions to accommodate my double knee replacement.

Training with Casey has literally been life changing! I started with her doing a 6 week shred to see how it would go. Thanks to her I now enjoy the gym and don’t skip days. Not only am I seeing physical changes, I’m seeing mental changes within myself as well.
Hi, my name is Leigh. On October 13th I started my journey on getting healthy. I started working out on my own and wasn't happy with the results. On December 20th I started working with Casey.
